What did Diosdado Cabello say this Monday, August 26, 2024? (+photos)

This Monday, August 26, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, led the press conference of the red awning, in which he highlighted the work that the red awning has been doing throughout the country after the presidential elections of last July 28.

In this regard, he detailed what the PSUV is preparing for the next few days; as well as referring to the II National Popular Consultation: 

•  The PSUV has been deployed house-to-house throughout the territory to serve the militancy and grassroots leadership, who have been involved in a ruthless campaign against it by the media.
• “A campaign like never before, in recent days threats and persecution have intensified and we have decided to continue this week house to house for the solidarity embrace between brothers and sisters to continue moving forward.”
• “Readjust goals so that our people can have more power every day, a people that decide.”
• “Let's celebrate the first month of victory!”
• “Come with us to build a better country. Let us join forces to have a country that is a true strength morally, politically, socially, ethically and economically. Now, if we can't add up that effort, we'll keep going and no matter what happens we'll win.”
• “Sunday was a beautiful, beautiful thing; wherever the people are, they are beautiful, they are creative.”
• The protagonist role of that day “was not the Party, the protagonist role was of the People's Power in its entirety”.
• “We feel happy and happy to have participated with all our people; very satisfied extremely satisfied.”

Regarding the show of the extreme right and the rector Juan Carlos Delpino said:

• “It's a plan to attack Venezuela, it was the last hope (...) Juan Carlos Delpino, the white hope, the hope of the adecos, the hope of (Henry) Ramos Allup, do you know anything about that Ramos Allup? There is nothing hidden here in this life.”
• Delpino ended up like Cristopher Figuera, saying that he had nothing, “that he had nothing to support the results, of course he didn't work that day, the good thing is that he didn't say he had evidence to support the fraud, because he has nothing, he wasn't there”.
• “You will be rejected by Delpino, by your own colleagues who led you to that, demand that Rafael Ramírez pay you in full; claim him, because in three months or sooner you will go down in history as a traitor to the Fatherland, you abandoned the position to which you were sworn in before the National Assembly.”
• “Give him money gringos, you are used to that, because now he gets there and you give him the status of a protected witness, that is your problem from now on.”
• If Delpino had anything, he would have to recognize Nicolás Maduro's victory, “because that's what really happened, the rest is a chimbo montage of what they are used to doing.”

On the issue of elections and justice in Venezuela, he noted the following:

• “Nicolás (Maduro) won here, holy word, here we are not going to make any other choices.”
• Doing a nightmare exercise and repeating elections in Venezuela, the sectors of the extreme right are going to want to do them again until they win.
• “Because they are the spoiled children of daddy and mommy, the terrorist girl Sayona is used to that, she was barely used to it in her family.” 
•  “They offered villas and castles to the gringos and they have nothing.”
• “The chicken bottle is over, there will be justice here, the pardons are over.”
• “Edmundo González was summoned for tomorrow again and if he doesn't come the third time, I think it is, it will be up to the organs of the judicial system to do what they can.”
• “They will be denounced, that's enough, if the country wants something, it's not just Chavism that there is justice.”
• “He is a coward and a murderer, we have denounced him, one day from El Salvador and here in Venezuela the respective lawsuits will be opened to see the participation of the Venezuelan embassy led by Leopoldo Castillo in the massacre of the Salvadoran people.”
• “They are hesitating, while they are hesitating and deceiving them, there are people making money for it, asking for money in their name.”

He also referred to the fact that the Venezuelan people defeated the so-called influencers who attacked the country.

• “You don't hear YouTubers talk about marches of anything, the People defeated them again; they failed.”
• Cyberfascists have tried to get into the PSUV page and the “Con El Mazo Dando page has received I don't know how many millions of attacks every week”.
• “We are going to adapt and we are going to give a new layer to the fascist right that is behind this.”
• Behind the operation of false positives and new aggression against our country is imperialism.
