Work on the comprehensive transformation of the La Peñita toll road is 50% complete

The work is possible through a joint effort of the Bolivarian Government at its three levels, with funds approved by the Federal Government Council

The comprehensive transformation and modernization of the La Peñita Citizens' Service Post, carried out by the Bolivarian Government of Miranda, are 50% complete.


According to information issued by the Government, the mayor of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality, Humberto Marte, supervised the rehabilitation of the 35,000-square-meter toll that will benefit the 17,500 vehicles that travel daily.


“This important gateway, not only for Charallave, but for all the Valles del Tuy, is approximately 34 years old. It's time to give it a new face and do something beautiful and modern,” Marte explained.


In addition, he explained that this space will have a modern direct communication system with the VEN911, state-of-the-art camera equipment, motorcycle equipment and an ambulance to deal with emergencies.
