Yaracuy students will travel to Russia as part of a presidential plan

Angélica Brand, Sofía Sosa and Xiomeris Oropeza, three young people who finished high school with the highest averages in Yaracuy, were selected to participate in a plan promoted by President Nicolás Maduro that recognizes academic performance in secondary education.
The state's first female fighter, Karen Miguens, accompanied those selected during their farewell and explained that this initiative benefits students in the last year of high school with an outstanding academic record. He added that this program seeks to promote student commitment as a path to national development, according to a press release from the Government of Yaracuy.
Miguens wished the young women a good trip and stressed the importance of continuing to promote training as a tool for transformation. The students expressed their gratitude for this opportunity to expand their knowledge abroad.
