The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America — Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP) and Caribbean nations continue to strengthen their joint work in the area of production, focusing on the emblematic projects AGROALBA and ALBA AZUL
The information was provided by the Executive Secretary of ALBA-TCP, Rander Peña, on his Telegram channel, in which he highlighted the meetings with Caribbean representatives, with whom the potential of these initiatives promoted by the above-mentioned Alliance was addressed.
He specified that the meetings were attended by the ambassador of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Gareth Bynoe, and the national coordinator of Granada to ALBA, Hassan Hadeed.
The conversations revolved around how to maximize the impact of these projects, which seek to promote food sovereignty and sustainable development in the region.
It was agreed to move forward on each of the issues discussed, with the firm intention of building a concrete agenda that would allow for the prompt and effective execution of these programs.
The main objective of this collaboration is to guarantee the greatest amount of happiness possible for the peoples of ALBA and the Caribbean, through productive development and regional integration.
