AN approved agreement in support of the National Council for Sovereignty and Peace

The deputies to the National Assembly (AN) approved, in the regular session this Thursday, a draft agreement in support of the installation of the National Council for Sovereignty and Peace, installed on August 22.
In the above-mentioned text, it was agreed, among other things, to promote and promote the formation of regional chapters of this Council in order to guarantee unity throughout the territory, “including the various strategic sectors of the Venezuelan people”.
During the debate on this agreement, the first vice-president of the parliament, Deputy Pedro Infante, highlighted the duty that all Venezuelans have to defend our sacred territory.
In this regard, he highlighted that 95% of Venezuelans repudiate aggressions against the country. He also emphasized that peace is one of the broadest consensuses in Venezuela and that therefore it is the most precious asset that everyone is willing to preserve.
In the same way, he asserted that the National Council for Sovereignty and Peace has already been installed, so they will now work to build regional chapters, with the objective of carrying out a “national crusade” for the defense of sovereignty.
