Venezuela reaffirms its productive potential, and reflects the dynamism of the agricultural sector in the Apure state, breaking a record with more than 6,000 cattle mobilized in the herd of Mautes, in order to actively contribute to the national non-oil economy, which represents the true example of agro-food efficiency, tradition and sovereignty.

The information was released on the official account of the Minister of Popular Power for Productive Agriculture and Lands, Julio León Heredia, during a visit to the Herds of the Bravos de Apure Livestock Corporation and the company AGROFLORA belonging to the aforementioned ministerial portfolio.

Heredia highlighted that the llanera entity demonstrates that the livestock sector guarantees full National Production for the supply of meat, milk and its derivatives to the population. Apure sets a record: more than six thousand cattle mobilized in the largest Mautes herd in Latin America,” he added.

In the company of the governor, Wilmer Rodríguez, they toured the livestock spaces.

“The Agrifood Engine created by our President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, is advancing the export goal, which we are already doing with coffee, cocoa, seafood, among others, and in the short term with livestock,” said Heredia.
