Aragua national team is named under-19 volleyball champion

The Aragua state volleyball team became champion of the men's U-19 national team, a sporting event organized by the Venezuelan Volleyball Federation (FVV) and which took place from June 8 to 14 of this year in the state of Carabobo.

During the group stage, the Aragüeños showed their power by beating Amazonas, Nueva Esparta and Trujillo with scores of 3 sets to 0 in each match. His only setback at this stage was against the host, Carabobo, who won 3 sets to 1.

In the direct elimination phase, Aragua beat Miranda 3-1 (13-25, 25-13, 25-23, 25-15) in the quarterfinals, and Lara with a similar score 3-1 (25-21, 25-18, 22-25, 25-18) in the semifinal, thus securing her place in the grand final.
