This Sunday, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, in a statement responded to the recent statements of the Argentine Foreign Minister, Gerardo Werthein. In his message, he described criticism of his administration as “cheap bragging” and highlighted his trajectory in defense of Human Rights (Human Rights) in Venezuela.
He questioned the legitimacy of Gerardo Werthein's position, pointing out that he came to the Chancellery thanks to his surname. “You came by chance to become chancellor because of the grace and vagrancy of your last name,” he stressed.
Tarek William Saab said: “For approximately 48 years I have worked to defend the human rights of the persecuted and vulnerable sectors of my country.”
He also recalled the moments when he was a victim of political persecution and his firm commitment to revolutionary values.
Saab did not hesitate to refer to the Argentine government as a “global laughing stock”, highlighting its submission to the interests of the United States (USA) and Israel. In his statement, he reproached Werthein's swearing in on the Torah, describing this action as a break with Argentina's republican traditions.
