Barinas is preparing to act in the face of any natural or war event (+simulation)

In complete civic, military and police union, the Town of Barinas attended the National Civil Protection and Preparation of the People's Simulacrum, developed by the Hugo Chávez Frías National Bolivarian High School.

Neyreliz Paz, representative of the indigenous community, highlighted the importance of these exercises, as they allow people to acquire the knowledge to act in the face of any emergency.

He also specified that with the recent earthquakes “we realized that we were not prepared or educated for this type of event”, so he valued this activity “to react to this type of event”.

In addition, he reiterated his commitment to the defense of the Homeland against any threat that threatens sovereignty.
