Bolivar participated massively to exercise his vote in the Popular Consultation

On election day of the Fourth National Popular Consultation 2025, the People of Bolivar State came out this Sunday, November 23, to participate massively and vote for projects that provide direct solutions in their communities.

In the municipality of Piar, residents of the communities stressed that the vote is taking place with total normality. In addition, they explained that this time seven projects are being proposed, among which the people democratically select the one that will meet the main need of their community.

They also emphasized that this mechanism strengthens Popular Power and consolidates the exercise of local self-government.

The day is marked by a festive atmosphere, as they pointed out that it is “a double celebration”: the activation of the national consultation and the birthday of President Nicolás Maduro, to whom they sent messages of congratulations and support.

Popular Power spokespersons also reaffirmed their loyalty to the Bolivarian Government and to the head of state “at any juncture”, stressing that mass participation demonstrates the people's commitment to peace, stability and participatory democracy.

“Here is a town that stands with you to defend peace,” said the neighbors.
