Bolivarian Government activated Maracay-Colonia Tovar transport route

The Government of Aragua, in order to promote regional tourism, inaugurated the route from the city of Maracay to the town of Colonia Tovar leaving the Central Terminal.

At a cost of 4.5 dollars per ticket, calculated at the rate of the Central Bank of Venezuela, this route will operate on weekends with a departure time: 6:00am to 8:30am, whose return will be at 3:00pm and/or 4:00pm, depending on the traffic of the day, but during the Christmas season they are working on Thursday and Friday, in addition to the weekends.

The president of the Municipal Institute of Public Transport of Girardot (IMTRAGIR), Eilyn Suárez, added that during this holiday season, the land port has more than 40 security officers belonging to the Girardot Municipal Police, the Bolivarian Police of Aragua, the Bolivarian National Police and the Bolivarian National Guard, to ensure the protection of users, transporters, merchants and everyone who make life inside the Maracay Central Terminal.
