Bolivarian Government activated security operation in Trujillo for the canonization of José Gregorio Hernández

Regional authorities activated this Friday, October 17, in Isnotu, Trujillo state, a security operation with 3,700 officials as part of the canonization of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández and Mother Carmen Rendiles, in order to strengthen the comprehensive defense of the territory.
The device, reported the Telesur website, has the deployment of 200 vehicles, 125 motorcycles, 60 ambulances, 15 cranes, seven rescue vehicles and 12 canine self-propelled vehicles. In addition, 800 paramedical professionals have been mobilized to ensure immediate attention in the event of any eventuality.
This measure coincides with the activation of the Management Bodies for Integral Defense (ODDI) in Trujillo as part of Operation Independence 200, whose objective is to strengthen territorial response capacity and preserve the country's stability.
During the deployment, the governor of the entity, Gerardo Márquez, specified that the activation is carried out at the state and municipal levels, in accordance with the guidelines of Strategic Operation Steel, which includes 27 operations distributed throughout the state.
The regional chief indicated that the monitoring of the Integral Defense Areas (ADI) is being maintained in the 20 municipalities of the entity.
He argued that this deployment of operational resources in the region seeks to respond effectively to possible risk scenarios related to external pressures.
