The Bolivarian Government, in coordination with the National Executive, launched the Special Asphalt Plan on the Santa Teresa-Santa Lucía national highway, located in the Independencia municipality, Miranda state.

Mayor Rayner Pulido reported that 60 tons of hot mix have been poured along the way, as part of actions to strengthen road connectivity in the area.

Prior to the installation of the new pavement, an edge flaw was corrected that affected the continuity between the two locations. The works were carried out by the Government, with logistical support from the Miranda State Services and Maintenance Corporation (CORPOSERVICIOS).

Pulido indicated that the CORPOSERVICIOS vehicles arrived with the material supplied by Governor Elio Serrano, as part of a comprehensive intervention that covers different sectors of the municipality.

The work involves the use of specialized machinery and operational personnel of the Mayor's Office of Independence, in a joint effort aimed at strengthening regional road infrastructure.
