Bolivarian Government activated the State Asphalt Plan in the Juana de Ávila parish in Zulia

The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation, activated the State Asphalt Plan in the Juana de Ávila parish, Maracaibo municipality in the state of Zulia.
“We started
laying 6,000 tons of hot asphalt type 3 and in Zulia, 257,000 tons have already
been placed throughout the territory,” said
the governor of Zulia, Luis Caldera, in a post on his Instagram
account.
The activation of the Plan was carried out by the Governor in the company of the mayor of Maracaibo, Giancarlo Di Martino Tarquinio, in order to recover mobility, road safety and to dignify a community that waited for years for this attention.
