In Miranda state, 134 families in the Barlovento axis received land titles to urban land as part of the government program to legalize land tenure.
The event was led by the governor of the entity, Elio Serrano, in compliance with the national plan guided by President Nicolás Maduro, which seeks to consolidate access to housing.
During the delivery, the coordinating secretary of Human Cities, Elio Jr. Serrano, indicated that most of the beneficiaries are older adults who had been managing this recognition for more than three decades.
According to what was published by the Government of Miranda State, the titles were processed through the National Institute of Urban Lands (INTU) and other institutions, with the support of Committees organized in different areas of the country.
To date, more than 2,600 certificates have been granted in Miranda State as part of this regularization policy.
