The Bolivarian Government, through the Cayapa Plan, reinforces Citizen Care with the recovery of Ven 911 biosafety cameras.
The National Director of Operations of Control and Telecommunications Command Centers VEN 911, Miguel Ángel Giraldet, stated that with the objective of strengthening the capacity to respond to the incidents that citizens report and framed in the second transformation of the full independence of the Plan of Seven, through the Cayapa Plan, the operating room of Ven 9-1-1 aims to recover the largest number of biosafety cameras”,
During the program “Come 911 With You” broadcast by MIJP Radio Multimedia, Giraldet explained that this effort seeks to optimize emergency care and strengthen the security of the town.
In turn, he reported that 3,189 cameras are installed nationwide and that his ambitious goal is to achieve approximately 5,000 cameras installed by the end of the year, according to Prensa MPPRIJ.
He also explained that the system has comprehensive operators available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring a continuous response to calls. In addition, the main mission of operating rooms is focused on providing immediate care and guidance to citizens.
In addition, he noted that the CuPaz Ven App complements this system, allowing citizens to report incidents and receive follow-up alerts.
The Director emphasized the rigorous selection and training process of staff. Future operators, starting at the age of 18 and having graduated from high school, undergo interviews and psychological evaluations, followed by a preparation course. “This ensures that they are able to resolve any incident in accordance with established protocols,” he said.
Giraldet emphasized that the bioprotection camera system is directly integrated with public security agencies, allowing operators to quickly view and report any relevant events.
