This week, two high-impact water and health projects were supervised in the state of Falcón, which represent responses from the 1×10 Good Governance System for the inhabitants of Santa Cruz de Bucaral in the municipality of Unión.

The first is the Quebrada del Toro pumping station, a prioritized infrastructure that advances the maintenance of the catchment dam, pumping equipment, electrical backup equipment and road adaptation.

“Working together with popular power and with resources approved by the government and the Federal Government Council, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, is working to restore the supply of drinking water through pipes to this area, which for years has been detained as a priority among the 70 works in honor of Commander Hugo Chávez,” said Governor Víctor Clark.

On the other hand, the Regional Executive inspected the intervention carried out at the Type III Outpatient Clinic, also in Santa Cruz de Bucaral, to visualize the progress made in the expansions that will allow them to provide a 24-hour health care service with operating room and delivery room.

“We are going to leave this center with new equipment and improvements that will increase the capacity for hospitalization, observation and emergency, as well as with the delivery room and operating room, we seek to ensure that the inhabitants do not have to travel to the capital, so the work will have an impact not only on Santa Cruz, but on all neighboring parishes, today we congratulate the people of Unión and we feel more committed to delivering these impactful works on behalf of President Maduro,” he concluded.
