Bolivarian Government reviews strategic plans to ensure growth of the Hydrocarbons Engine

The
Executive Vice President of the Republic and Minister of People's Power for Hydrocarbons,
Delcy Rodríguez, held a meeting this Tuesday with authorities from the Venezuelan oil and gas industry.
The meeting
was attended by the vice-ministers who make up the energy portfolio and the
president of Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), who reviewed strategic lines and
plans to advance and ensure the continuous development of the sector.
Recently,
President Nicolás Maduro highlighted the importance of Venezuela in the global
energy equation, so he instructed to strengthen the country's oil and
gas industry, as a complement to the new national economic model,
leaving behind the dependence on revenues from crude oil.
