With the objective of bringing local management directly to the grassroots of Popular Power and complying with President Nicolás Maduro's Plan of the Seven Great Transformations (7T), the mayor of the Guaicaipura municipality, Farith Fraija, announced the implementation of a Decree that will transform the work dynamics of the mayor's office starting October 1.

The measure establishes that all administrative staff must spend three days a week working in their respective communities or communes, and two days in their offices for the systematization, coordination and planning of the proposed tasks.

The announcement was made by Fraija during a key meeting with workers. He pointed out that this decision is a crucial step in the implementation of communal cabinets in the municipality, whose formal installation will begin this Friday, September 26, beginning with the Human Cities chapter.

The burgomaster explained that the decree is directly aligned with T5 (Political Transformation) and T4 (Social Transformation) of the National Plan of the 7T, whose focus is on the construction of the Communal State.

The proposed work scheme turns the municipal public servant into an “articulator and lifter of solutions” within their social environment.

“The success of this decree will depend on the effort and commitment that each one of you provides. We want to have a better response to community needs, a more efficient, planned management with a real impact on the quality of life of Guaicaipurenos,” said Fraija.

The measure seeks to establish public planning by Commune that leads to the communalization of the budget and the design of socio-productive projects, turning the work of the mayor's office into a rewarding experience that is deeply linked to the development and well-being of communities.
