BRICOMILES begin rehabilitation and maintenance of schools in Anzoátegui

This Friday, from the spaces of the José Tadeo Arreaza Calatrava Educational Unit, located in Barcelona, Simón Bolívar municipality of the Anzoátegui state, the authorities of the Bolivarian Government began their approach to educational infrastructure, within the framework of the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year.

The comprehensive intervention is carried out through joint work with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the Integral Defense Operational Zone 51, the Ministry of Education, Government and Mayors, and is carried out by the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES).

In a press release, the Deputy Minister of Educational Communities, Richard Delgado, reported that the educational unit was provided with paint, parts for bathrooms, paint, waterproofing materials and electricity to the Barcelona institution, which will receive more than 1,500 students in its classrooms.

In the state of Anzoátegui, 47 official schools will be fully intervened through the civic-military-police-communal alliance, to ensure a successful start to the new year on September 30.
