The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that the narrative promoted by the United States (USA) against the country is based on lies to justify illegal actions that threaten the Venezuelan people.
“They build their narrative against Venezuela based on lies and with that narrative they are escalating,” he said, stressing that throughout history imperialism has carried out its actions of siege and threats that are “all based on fake news, on lies, on cobas.”

In this regard, during his Con El Mazo Dando No. 544 program , he recalled the history of aggressions by North American imperialism that have been based on deception, as happened in Vietnam, Libya, Syria or weapons of mass destruction in Iraq or Venezuela.
Regarding the deployment of the United States in the Caribbean Sea, he specified that no one yet understands how they insist on combating drug trafficking in that area, when 87% of the drugs produced in Colombia reach them through the shores of the Pacific Ocean, where they do not exercise surveillance.
For this reason, he indicated that the U.S. government does not combat drug trafficking routes through the Pacific because his interest is that the people of the North American nation remain drugged and do not protest.

In view of this, he emphasized that Venezuela will continue to fight against drug trafficking. “There is no cultivation here, there are no laboratories and we give sticks to those who try to pass,” he said; in turn, he affirmed that this people are also preparing, within the framework of the Constitution, to defend their sovereignty against any aggression.
In turn, he expressed his joy at the willingness of the People to defend the Homeland on a voluntary basis, “when in other countries they recruit children from the age of 16 and send them to war and end up giving them drugs. In other countries they hire mercenaries (...); on the other hand, for Venezuelans, defending the Homeland is voluntary.”

The extreme right continues to deceive and sell smoke pots
The Minister for Interior, Justice and Peace also recalled the lack of credibility that supports the sectors of the extreme right, who insist on deceiving and selling pots of smoke to their own people.
“They come out saying things and barbarities. When those things and those barbarities fall apart, no one comes out saying: 'No, I was deceived. ' No, no, they let it go, well. Their credibility is worth them (...) They don't care. Overall, if they keep getting paid, they keep lying and deceiving their own people,” he said.

He pointed out that for this reason the war against Venezuela is psychological and is launched by those sectors of the extreme right drawn into imperialism. “Those who, in truth, hate us and that's why they start with the fact that they 'don't sleep' and I don't know what (...) and in the end they deceived them again,” he said.
In this regard, he referred to the G/D aviation officer Pedro Rafael Suárez Caballero, who was the subject of a disinformation campaign accusing him of deserting.
“They mess with our soldiers, they mess with their family (...) because they bet and they say, that general must be the way I am, that is, if they name me, I hide and they don't say that these generals have dignity, these soldiers have morals and if they name them, they jump and show up,” he said.
In turn, he reiterated that the media scoundrel makes statements and assertions about their position in the face of the country's political situation and, when they appear working with the People, then they do not rectify their information.

The transition to an armed revolution fills us with strength!
Cabello stressed that no one should fear the transition to an armed revolution in Venezuela; on the contrary, it must fill us with strength to continue defending the Homeland against the aggressions of imperialism and its lackeys.
“We have been preparing little by little in line with the comprehensive defense of the nation and we are in the transition from unarmed struggle to armed struggle. No one should be afraid of that, no one should be afraid of it; on the contrary, it fills us with strength,” he said.
He recalled that Commander Hugo Chávez always spoke of the fact that our “Revolution is peaceful, but armed”. At the same time, he mentioned that this transition has two main strategic lines: prolonged active resistance and permanent offensive under any circumstances.

He pointed out that revolutionary forces must always push ahead with the plans of those sectors that are betting on violence and destabilization of the country. “That when they go, you already come and you're getting fresh and we're waiting for them (...) whoever sets foot in Venezuela, wherever you are from, knows what's waiting for them,” he said.
In addition, he indicated that “the lines given by the President of the transition from the unarmed struggle to the armed struggle have a transversal line that is the unity of the people, the popular unity, the unity of the Fatherland”.
President Petro spoke for Free Peoples at the UN
The revolutionary leader recognized the President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, for raising the voice of free peoples at the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN).
“We have to recognize President Petro for his courage, clarity and firmness, because he spoke for free peoples,” he said.

He also questioned the leaders who from that space lend themselves to continuing to play the game against North American imperialism. “There are others who go there to worship the gringos pill, for God's sake,” he said.
In addition, he condemned the fact that this platform is used by imperialism to declare war on everyone who does not align themselves with them. “When you see that, you can tell that the world is going badly,” he said.
In this regard, he pointed out that this action is also generating an anti-American reaction around the world. At the same time, he specified that, because of those who lead imperialism, the American people are affected in the same way.

“That's sad, very sad, that we don't know how to differentiate, because imperialism has always been imperialism; then dissenting voices are going to be heard much more strongly, because that people are mostly not warriors,” he said.
May they continue to underestimate me!
“Because of me, they continue to underestimate me all my life,” Cabello said, referring to the sectors of the Venezuelan extreme right that always insult and denigrate the Chavistas for their alleged lack of “intelligence”.
He reaffirmed that these sectors all these years have underestimated both him and the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, who for a long time worked hand in hand with Commander Hugo Chávez in the diplomatic area.
“That doesn't matter to me, I'm an idiot, yes I am an idiot, yes I am, but I don't give up today or tomorrow or ever; and keep underestimating Nicolás, keep going,” he said .

In addition, he questioned how these sectors mock the people . “They call the militiamen a thousand old people, but with a rifle, in a tank, in a trench, in a tree. We are going to get them out of where they don't expect if they dare to do something against the Fatherland,” he said.
He reaffirmed that, while imperialism and its lackeys continue to underestimate an entire people, Venezuelans are in “maximum mobilization and popular organization” in defense of the territory.
“It's up to us to do what we have to do so that our children can have a homeland. And today there is a conscience and we will continue to be free, sovereign and independent (...) because this Homeland belongs to Venezuelans and we are not selling it to anyone,” he said.
