Cabello: Congress of the Historical Bloc will be held from November 14 to 16

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, confirmed this Monday that the Congress of the Historical Bloc will be held from November 14 to 16 in the city of Caracas.

In this regard, during the PSUV press conference, he explained that within the framework of the Congress there will be a debate on the Concrete Agenda for Action (ACA), the transformation of the State adapted to the new times and the actions to be carried out in the long term.

“These are three fundamental points and we will be accompanying this debate with the structures of our party here in Caracas, but also in the states,” he said.

He also took the opportunity to recognize this laborious work that “colleagues Ricardo Menéndez and Francisco Ameliach (...) have held meetings throughout Venezuela, in all territories and in all sectors that live in our country”.

He pointed out that from this Congress in which representatives of the five generations will participate, as has been done in the assemblies, some documents will come out that will be the working guide towards 2054.
