Cabello denounced that Ecuador has become the epicenter of paramilitaries and mercenaries

During an interview with journalists Patricia Villegas and Julio Riobo for Telesur, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that Ecuador has become the epicenter for the preparation of paramilitaries and mercenaries.

“From the Colombian government when he governed (Iván) Duque, it was very easy for them to execute plans against Venezuela; at this time it is quite difficult for them, so they have migrated to Ecuador to attract more people,” Cabello reported.

In this regard, he assured that Ecuador is the kingdom of drug trafficking and paramilitarism at any level. He also added: “We would like the government of the United States (USA) to speak out and prohibit them from using their territory to conspire against another country.”

He also urged the Spanish government not to “stick its head in the hole like an ostrich”, rather “it should be investigating what the National Intelligence Center (CNI) is doing”.
