During the graduation ceremony of the XIII Course on Operators and Tactical Operators of the Bolivarian National Police, the Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, assured that the Venezuelan State is the only one that has the weapons constitutionally.
“Here in Venezuela, as the Constitution says, the only one that has a monopoly on weapons is the State, and the Venezuelan State has a Head of State called Nicolás Maduro Moros, who in addition to the incumbent president is elected president,” said Cabello.
In this regard, he added that in the presidential swearing in of the coming January 10, Nicolás Maduro, "God willing, will take office as Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.”
On the other hand, Cabello stressed that the Eliezer Otaiza Special Forces Specialization Complex will be important in the formation of the Venezuelan people. “This is where Rondón is going to train, because Rondón hasn't fought yet and it's our town; this is where the people are going to come to train and be ready, and you, companions, must train them in that perfect function,” he announced.
“Here, a training and training center will be created in the defense of peace, security and defense of our Homeland,” said the minister.
