The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed this Saturday that the Venezuelan people must be prepared to differentiate between a provoked or fortuitous event, to react as the case may be.

“In any case, whether it is a fortuitous or provoked accident, we must be prepared to respond,” emphasized Cabello from Higuerote, Miranda State, during the Disaster and Armed Conflict Simulation instructed by President Nicolás Maduro.

In this regard, he stressed that “a fire involving wood material is different from a fire where a bottle exploded. A fire caused by explosive material that occurs is different, for example, gunpowder generates fire in its explosion and then generates a fire. The People must, in these initial tasks, differentiate prevention measures, they are not always the same for any event.”
