The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, recalled the criminal record of the fascist Antonio Ledezma, whom he did not hesitate to describe as “a rat as a human being”.

On the night of August 14, from his Con El Mazo Dando program, he recalled the times when Ledezma attacked the marches and demonstrations of retired elderly men and women in Caracas whom he sent to attack with the Metropolitan Police (PM) riot vehicles.

He also commented on the episode in which they were burned alive, deprived of liberty who remained in the House of Artisanal Reeducation in El Paraíso, known as La Planta in the 90s.

“He's a rat, besides a thief and a rascal and he comes to talk about human rights, when he locked up prisoners in La Planta and they put candles in them (...) That's not a lie and then they said they were going to run away and got candle between them. They were murdered! They didn't care about anything. A journalist was killed with a tear gas bomb in her head and how many other young people (...) And now they come with stories to talk about human rights?” , he asserted.
