The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Monday that the red awning is deployed throughout the country, with full participation in the debate for the reform of electoral laws promoted by the National Assembly (AN).
During the usual weekly press conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV, Cabello stated that the Party “has a few deputies, it has a few governors, it has a few mayors, it has a few councilors, state legislators, but above all it has a few Venezuelans distributed throughout the country who support these proposals presented by brother Jorge Rodríguez (President of the AN) and promoted across the country.”
He stressed that opposition sectors also participate in the debate, whom he hears “on the subject of the defense of the country and the participation of those sectors that constantly live demanding sanctions, blockades and invasions against our country.”
“Who isn't participating? The violent, those who have never believed in the electoral issue, those who do not believe that Venezuela is a country that will succeed, those who think they can use shortcuts,” he emphasized in reference to the extremist right, led by María Corina Machado.
