Cabello: Politicians who participate and do not recognize the election results must be sanctioned

Diosdado Cabello Rondón indicated that in the country it is necessary for State institutions to take measures to prevent individuals and political parties from participating in elections, because they later refuse to recognize them in order to generate violent protests.

“Those people who go to an election and don't recognize the results should not continue to participate in elections. How is it that your party is going to electoral elections and then refusing to accept the results,” reiterated the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

In this regard, he recommended that State institutions should take action on this issue and regularize the actions of political actors and their parties.

“Soon we are going to make decisions, the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) will have to make some, others the National Electoral Council and other institutions of the Venezuelan State,” he said.
