Cabello presented evidence among those linked to the terrorist plan that would take place in Plaza Venezuela

The Sectorial Vice President for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, at a press conference, denounced a terrorist plan by the extremist right to attack peace in the nation.

“During the capture, a message was found from José Daniel and Lenny in which they indicated how they were going to operate to carry out the attack against a member of the government, a public hospital or a government entity,” said Cabello.

In this context, he highlighted the message stating that a garment and fingerprints were forgotten in the place where the explosive device was left in Plaza Venezuela.

The gang comes from the state of Zulia and the related person has contact with another person known as El Titi, who belongs to the La Guajira Cartel and is being held in Colombia. “He communicates with someone called Francisco Javier Finol,” said Cabello.

Humberto Finol is also part of the structures and is the brother of the above-mentioned one. He also called on the prisoner's romantic partner because “it's better for him to surrender; this citizen is the one they call La Negra and she's the one they contact”.

“I want to put you in context of how they are going to use smuggling, contacting gangs to carry out the attacks,” he said.

Through videos from security cameras in the New Circus in Caracas, it was possible to learn about the movements between the individual José Daniel and La Negra. “Alias El Flaco is the one who makes the explosive device and we have videos showing the evidence,” he said, adding that the test video was shared by the criminal with several people in a message.

Cabello added that there was a gas outlet in the square and the effect was going to be devastating because “there was the subway station, the cars, the service (gas) station in front... Imagine if this had exploded.”

“I repeat, thanks to the State security agencies that have been following up on each one in detail, each one was avoided,” he stressed.

“Alias El Flaco has a partner who is called El Catire who is the one who takes his photo to attest to his life,” he said, adding that “everyone who is captured is speaking, so surrender!” , Cabello warned those linked yet to be captured.
