The militancy of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) must discuss, in the preparatory assemblies for the Red Tent Congress, a series of issues necessary so that when making decisions for the elections of next April 27, there is a perfect alignment between the bases and the leadership, said the first vice-president of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello.

In this regard, during a videoconference with the structures of the PSUV, Cabello indicated that the topics to be discussed are: context and orientation of the new phase of the Bolivarian Revolution; organization of community circuits and teams; profiles of the candidates and candidates of the PSUV; organization of the PSUV from the communal circuits; the PSUV in its formation of the historic block.

He explained that these “warm-up” meetings for the congress must be held in communities, in addition to municipal and parish political teams, all the middle structures and grassroots teams of the party.

The assemblies, as he explained, must be led by the heads of the communities. “The debate must be broad, inviting, respectful, sincere, proactive, moralizing, transformative, revolutionary, critical and self-critical. It's part of the work we must do at every level of party organization,” he emphasized.
