Cabello: The PSUV is preparing to win the 27-J!

The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) is ready for a new victory in the elections of mayors and councilors, scheduled for July 27 (27J), as stated by the general secretary of the revolutionary organization, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

“We're not preparing to lose. We don't like the silver medal, we go for the gold. We are preparing to win,” Cabello emphasized during a press conference held by the National Directorate of the PSUV.

He also ratified the PSUV's commitment to democracy, stressing that, in the event of an eventual victory of the opposition in certain localities, the party will respect the People. “If tomorrow an opposition candidate wins us, then he won, and that is the democratic exercise. However, we are preparing to win everywhere, and in the end, the outcome will depend on who gets the most votes,” he said.

Regarding the emblematic municipalities, Cabello stressed that the PSUV has already defined its candidacies and is making strong progress towards the electoral process. “Our candidates are ready. Soon, their names will be published on the party's page, so that communities know them and listen to their proposals,” he said.
