Cabello to the firefighters: Be proud of your work and of having chosen a beautiful profession

This Friday, decorations and promotions were awarded to firefighters who stood out for their work by the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, and other authorities from the state of La Guaira, in order to celebrate National Firefighter Day.

“Today we recognized promotions and the live demonstration of the capacity for courage, the audacity of our officials and we have delivered equipment by the client Nicolás Maduro,” Cabello reported.

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace expressed his satisfaction to be present at the 88th anniversary of the institution because “the firefighters of Venezuela protect the Homeland. The training of new firefighters and firefighters can be seen at the National Experimental Safety University (UNES), the path of training and the delivery of values, when we saw the children who are part of the litter that has been making their way since childhood, they are inspired to be firefighters”.

“Be proud of your work, satisfied that you have chosen one of the most beautiful professions there is, you are an indispensable value for this Revolution, for any country, for any people,” he added.

In the country, there are 16,037 urban firefighters, 1,964 forest firefighters, 1,284 aeronautical firefighters, 165 marine firefighters, 183 operating stations nationwide of all specialties and categories for a total of 21,464 firefighters throughout the country.
