Cabello: We fight drug trafficking like few other countries in this world (+photos)

The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, reaffirmed that Venezuela fights drug trafficking as in few countries in the world.

“We have demonstrated that we successfully combat drug trafficking like few other countries in this world,” Cabello said during his Con El Mazo Dando No. 550 program .

In that regard, he recalled that so far this year Venezuela has seized more than 63 tons of drugs seized. “63 thousand 202 kilos without inserting what we grabbed today, but that's the least of it, the hardest thing for them is that we have destroyed the logistics for them to move drugs into Venezuela,” he said.

He highlighted that before they removed 30 tons per month from Lake Maracaibo and thanks to the work of the State security forces in the fight against drug trafficking, now they don't get anything.

For this reason, he assured that the military deployment of the United States (US) in front of the Caribbean is not a fight against drug trafficking gangs. At the same time, he questioned the extrajudicial murders they have committed during these actions.

“We capture drugs here in Venezuela and we don't kill anyone,” he said, questioning the United Nations statement on the actions being committed by the United States in the Caribbean.

“And what is the UN going to do? Just say it? That's very foolish, do something, why don't they put the murderers on trial? To those who have murdered human beings, -we are not going to say fishermen, so that no one says that we are defending anyone-. They apply martial law and they bomb them; they talk about drugs and we haven't seen the first gram of drugs,” he said.

We don't want to fight with anyone, we are a country of peace

The also general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) reaffirmed that our country does not seek conflict with anyone and only seeks peace and tranquility for all Venezuelans.

“We don't want to fight with anyone, we are a country of peace, of tranquility throughout Venezuela,” he said about the US provocations.

In addition, he took advantage of the space to also question those who show their rejection of the withdrawal of nationality from those who ask for an invasion against Venezuela, claiming that the country “does not need deeper wounds”.

“And what size of a bomb will that wound be? A bomb thrown by those calling for invasions against the country, how many dead will it leave? The bombs they drop on the country have no power to only kill Chavistas, they cannot identify, the shockwave and destructive does not identify Chavistas and non-Chavistas,” he said.

In the same way, he expressed his contempt for the spokespersons and longliners of the extreme right who declare about Venezuela irresponsibly. “This is María Corina's payroll, let no one believe that they act alone (...) now they're bringing out Toy Story (James Story) again, and a certain Billygan or something like that. They are the 'experts' he has; pure dog washers who have no idea what they're saying or what could happen,” he emphasized, pointing out that they do it to terrify the population.

He also showed that the fascist Machado has nothing to say to him or share with the Venezuelan people, since in her desperation to surrender the country she only cares to speak in English so that her masters understand her.

“He is not speaking to the people of Venezuela, he has nothing to communicate to them (...) he is a roll of sheep, he cannot speak in Spanish, so the interviews are in English,” he said and maintained that this lady has demonstrated that she is “sick of the soul” by trying to point out that the Palestinian armed group Hamas is in the country.

This Town is not going to give up and has the right to enjoy

Cabello defended the right of the people of Venezuela to enjoy Christmas in peace and tranquility; as well as the cultural and entertainment events that take place in the country.

“This town is not going to give up and it has the right to enjoy,” he reaffirmed, criticizing the bitter members of the Venezuelan opposition who came out to point out those who were having fun and enjoying the cultural event Nocturneando in Chacao , Miranda state.

He also specified that Venezuelans enjoy the activities carried out in the country in peace and tranquility, without any problems.

At the same time, he assured that what bothers bitter people is that their narrative that there is a dictatorship in Venezuela falls away.

What the PSUV has done is a demonstration of unity

The revolutionary leader stressed that with the tasks approved at the Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the PSUV and the IV of the Youth of the PSUV, a demonstration of unity is taking place.

“Today what the PSUV did is a demonstration of unity, political strength and coherence,” he said and pointed out that sectors of the extreme right continue to make mistakes despite the fact that the Revolution is only President Nicolás Maduro.

He asserted that the Head of State is not alone and has all the people of Venezuela, despite the fact that the extreme right wing María Corina Machado insists on selling the story that “Maduro is alone” in front of the gringos.

Regarding the Extraordinary Plenary of the Congress of the PSUV and the JPSUV, he reiterated that it closed with conclusions and agreements to advance in various lines of work. “With this, the party is as it should be, always in the lead,” he said.

He indicated that among the approved proposals, the consolidation of a new structure stands out, as well as the new form of government, the constituent congresses of social movements and the transition from unarmed struggle to armed struggle.

He highlighted that progress has also been made with regard to the international issue and communications, which are becoming relevant at this juncture in Venezuela . In turn, he recognized the delegates of the V Congress of the PSUV and IV of the Youth of the PSUV because they were active in decision-making.

The People of Venezuela are not only good, they are extraordinary

Regarding the statements made by longliners and tariffs against Venezuela, Cabello assured that the Venezuelan people are not only good, they are extraordinary.

He also took the opportunity to talk about the benefits of national geography. “Venezuela is a beauty (...) there are things (places) in the country that people unfortunately don't know,” he said.

“We are supportive, we are brothers and sisters,” he said, pointing out that it would be useless to have a wonderful country with beauty and paradisiacal places if its people are not good.

He added that “we have no anger at anyone here, despite the campaigns they have carried out against the country and its people.”
