CANTV advances in the modernization of telecommunications in Ciudad Bolívar

CANTV is making progress in modernizing its services in Ciudad Bolívar, coordinating efforts with the Technical Telecommunications Boards (MTT) of the Vista Hermosa and La Sabanita parishes, in the Angostura del Orinoco municipality.

According to a press release, a multidisciplinary team from the Company met with spokespersons from the urban development “El Gigante Hugo Chávez Frías” and the “Guerreros Socialista” commune to coordinate the expansion of the Aba Ultra service, 100% fiber optic, as well as to guarantee high speed Internet, Aba TV GO and IP telephony to new subscribers.

The activity encouraged community participation, the exchange of knowledge about GPON technology and the care of transmission networks, essential for the expansion of services in the entity.

José Vaquero, spokesman for the MTT “El Gigante Cayaurima”, highlighted the support of CANTV as a key to consolidating community projects and strengthening connectivity in the area.

In addition, representatives of Cantv verified the commercialization of ONT equipment in towers B1 and B3 of the urban development “El Gigante Hugo Chávez Frías”, ensuring that new users have access to high quality and speed services.
