CANTV reestablished telecommunications to 3,600 Aragüeño subscribers

CANTV restored fixed telephone and Internet services to nearly 3,600 homes, businesses and institutions in the state of Aragua, through corrective and optimization of interconnection networks during the month of July 2024.

The attention of the company's technical crews was developed within the framework of the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan and the 1x10 Good Governance system, and was supported and accompanied by the Technical Telecommunications Boards.

The recovery of connectivity, according to a CANTV press release, was carried out through maneuvers that included repairs and replacement of local and main cables, which recorded incidents resulting from theft, vandalism, humidity and deterioration.

In Cagua, Sucre municipality, connectivity was restored to users in the Ciudad Jardín, Los Overos, Los Cocos and Urb sectors. El Toco and Casiquiare. Similarly, in Villa de Cura, Zamora municipality, it also restored services to more than 300 families in the El Toquito sector.
