Caracas firefighters control fire at Ezequiel Zamora railroad station

The control of a fire took place on Tuesday night, in the electricity room of the Ezequiel Zamora I Railway System, in Caracas, so the competent authorities have already begun appropriate investigations to determine the causes and exact extent of the accident.

In response to the emergency call from the Caracas Fire Department, they showed up at the facilities of this transportation service to control the situation and prevent the flames from spreading to other areas of the station.

Despite the incident, the operation of the trains from La Rinconada station to the Valles del Tuy and vice versa was not affected, however, the electrical service inside the station remains suspended while repair work is being carried out and the damage caused by the fire is evaluated.
