Carmen Meléndez: Darío Vivas is a beacon that illuminates us in this journey of organization and mobilization

The mayor of the Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez, led the wreath in honor of the revolutionary Darío Vivas, five years after his physical departure.

During her speech, the local president highlighted the organizing character of Darío Vivas, while applauding the mobilizations of the People in the electoral victories of the Revolutionary Forces and in the defense of sovereignty.

He also highlighted the formation that Vivas left in the young revolutionaries, “Darío had no excuse to carry out the mission, he was always willing”.

“He taught us a lot and wherever he is he is a guide, he is a beacon that illuminates us to continue on this journey of organization and mobilization,” he emphasized.
