Chancellor Gil: We will continue to honor the commitment to guarantee peace

This Tuesday, August 12, the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, reaffirmed that, in the face of destabilization attempts, Venezuela will continue to honor its commitment to the Peoples of the World to preserve peace in this part of the continent.

In this regard, during his Meeting with the Diplomatic Corps Accredited in Venezuela, he called on all international and multilateral organizations in Latin America to also raise their voices in rejection of the threats promoted by North American imperialism against sovereign countries.

“It is not intended to attack Venezuela anymore, what this deranged group that has a presence in the United States government intends to do is to generate a complete destabilization in Latin America, to obtain personal benefits, to drain their frustration and their own complexes accumulated over the years and are capable of activating a violent, hostile and negative force against an entire continent,” he warned.

He also pointed out the importance of understanding the seriousness of this issue, referring to the fact that imperialism is capable of dragging its own people in the face of its destabilization claims. At the same time, he pointed out that interventionist policies in the United States must stop.

For this reason, he reaffirmed to diplomats accredited in Venezuela that the actions of imperialism must be condemned and even more so to continue to advance in this new world order that emerges, where cooperation and collaboration are fundamental.

“It is necessary, I repeat, that you can send this alert that we make to your countries, not out of fear or fear, but out of action. This can be applied to any country, they have applied it to us for 26 years, but they have not been able to and will not be able to,” he said.
