CICPC apprehended two individuals for the theft of strategic CANTV material

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), stationed in the state of Bolívar, were able to apprehend two individuals allegedly linked to the theft of strategic material from the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV).
According to information published on the web portal of the newspaper Última Noticias (ÚN), the detainees were identified as Richard Mark Sapson Benjamín and Andrew Sam Gibson Joseph.
The publication states that both subjects, in addition, were dedicated to climbing the poles that support the power lines of the different communities of Upata to seize the cables that supply electricity to homes and, later, market them.
