CICPC stopped the “monster” of Nueva Esparta

The
director of the
Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps, Douglas Rico, reported that the monster from Punta de la Garza, Nueva Esparta, was
captured, accused of blinding the lives of mother and children.
According to information published by the newspaper Última Noticias (UN), Rico indicated that the procedure was
carried out by agents of the Coordination of Crimes Against Persons
of the Punta de Piedras Municipal Delegation, who clarified the femicide
and infanticide of Onelia del Valle Guerra Gómez (28) and her young children,
Jhovanny Enrique García Guerra (11) and Yoharlys Nazareth García Guerra (9).
In that sense, it became known that the person responsible was identified as Rafael Mendoza , 55 years old.
