Collective sports face off in the State phase of the 2025 Community Sports Games

The state of Aragua will experience a day full of integration and healthy competition when this Saturday, the decisive duels of collective sports take place in the State phase of the 2025 Community Sports Games.

Among the municipalities that will host this Saturday day are the Girardot municipality, the Mario Briceño Iragorry municipality and the Santiago Mariño municipality, in which the finals of multiple disciplines will be played, bringing together representatives from all over the territory.

Among the different sports together we can find basketball in its 3x3 and 5x5 modalities, in which they will face each other on the women's side in the 3x3 modality, Zamora vs Francisco Linares Alcántara and José Félix Ribas vs San Sebastián, the winners will face each other in a final, and in the same category but for men we will have the confrontations of Revenga vs Francisco Linares Alcántara and Zamora vs San Casimiro, the winners will face each other in the final, these matches will be held on the outdoor courts of the sports center Delicias, Girardot municipality.

Continuing with basketball but in its 5x5 mode on the women's side we will have Zamora vs. Jose Félix Ribas, the winning team will face Girardot in a final. On the men's side, we will have Girardot vs Bolívar and a Mariño vs Urdaneta, the winners of both games will face each other in a final. Both women's and men's games will be played at the Mauricio Johnson gymnasium of the Las Delicias Sports Center.

The winners of their different competitions will be part of the delegation that will represent the state in the national phase of these sports games to be played in the states of Mérida, Trujillo and Táchira, where they will face delegations from the rest of the country's states.

With this program, this third edition of the Community Sports Games continues to consolidate itself as a space for community integration and sports development for hundreds of athletes who represent their municipalities in the different competitions. Always with the objective of continuing to strengthen Aragueño sports.
