This Thursday, September 18, the General Commander of the Bolivarian National Militia (MNB), M/G Orlando Romero Bolívar, specified that the training of the Venezuelan people follows a logical, orderly, coordinated and planned process, framed in the fundamental principles of their own Venezuelan and indigenous doctrine, deeply rooted in Bolivarian thought.
In a special program broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, he assured that this doctrine is characterized by being a libertarian armed force, committed to peace and sovereignty, which is prepared, exclusively, for the defense of the nation; “no, we are preparing to attack anyone”.
In this context, Romero explained that in the legal legal framework of the National Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, established on the basis of article 322 aimed at National Defense and Security, it is established that the defense of the country is the responsibility of all Venezuelans.
For this reason, he celebrated the day of September 11 and 12, when the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) opened the doors of the barracks to the People for their training in military enlistment for the defense of the nation.
He also valued the active participation registered in the barracks, highlighting the collective commitment to comprehensive defense, national unity and the strengthening of the Bolivarian Militia as an expression of organized Popular Power.
He also stressed that the mission of the FANB is to contribute to the internal order and development of the country, for which purpose it is deployed in each territory to which it belongs because of the affinity it has with the community it serves, strengthening itself in perfect union with the Popular Power for the defense of the Fatherland.
Romero stressed that Venezuela always takes a step forward in the face of any adversity, to tell the whole world that it is respected and that it is full of dignity.
He argued that, in times of difficulty, citizens unite more than ever, demonstrating that the strength of the nation lies in its unity, its patriotic conscience and its commitment to peace.
