CORPOELEC reinforced deployment in Barinas after tropical wave No. 10

The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) remains deployed to serve the 14-circuit networks of the state of Barinas, after the rains generated by the passage of tropical wave No. 10.

The tasks carried out include the replacement of structures, replacement of lines and replacement of essential electrical components, benefiting more than 100,000 users in the municipalities of Antonio José de Sucre, Alberto Arvelo Torrealba, Cruz Paredes, Barinas, Bolívar, Ezequiel Zamora and Pedraza.

Simultaneously, according to a press release from CORPOELEC, technical crews applied vegetation control to critical sections of medium and low voltage service corridors.

CORPOELEC's efforts are integrated with the deployment of the “Andes 2025” Task Force, ordered by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to provide a timely and effective response to states affected by recent rains.
