The integrated men's 3×3 basketball team won the gold medal by beating Nicaragua 21-11 in the final of the VII Central American and Caribbean School Sports Games Córdoba 2025, on the courts of the University of Córdoba.

The Venezuelan national team, composed of Diego González, Ángel Martínez, Jean Pacheco and Marco Méndez topped the standings with a perfect balance of five victories in five games, and consolidated its move to the semifinals as the strongest team in the tournament.

His journey included resounding wins of 21-5 over Guatemala, 21-0 over Colombia, 17-12 against Aruba, 19-10 against Nicaragua, in a preview of the final, and 18-13 against Panama, according to the specialized press.

In the semifinals, Venezuela set its pace by defeating Aruba 20-10, a match where the combination of speed and precision in mid-range shots defined the score early.
