Day of comprehensive medical care benefited 300 inhabitants of Colonia Tovar

Staff from the National Public Health System (SPNS) of the state of Aragua carried out a comprehensive health day in Colonia Tovar, where comprehensive medical services were provided to more than 300 people.
During the activity, health personnel offered different medical services, including general and internal medicine, ophthalmology, pediatrics, dentistry, geriatrics, nutrition, traumatology, cardiology, gynecology and obstetrics.
In addition, specialized care was provided such as family planning, control and screening for diabetes and hypertension, dermatology and care for people with disabilities.
Similarly, according to a press release from the Health portfolio, attendees received care in other services, such as the delivery of contraceptive methods, placement of intrauterine devices, delivery of kits for pregnant women, Mission José Gregorio Hernández. The health teams also performed activities such as weight and height, HTA and blood glucose.
