Delta Amacuro: Community Power demonstrates its effectiveness in providing solutions to communities

In the Delta Amacuro state, citizens came out to support the National Popular Consultation 2025, considering it as an opportunity to seek a joint solution to the problems of the communities of that entity.

Richard Gascón, a resident of the Tucupita municipality, J. Vidal Marcano parish, Pachamama commune, asserted that all the projects proposed by the People embody direct and participatory democracy.

“It's the voice of the people, it's not about a competition but about the choice of the project that communities consider to be the most priority,” Gascón stressed.
