Deputy Ministries of Defense Education and Defense Services celebrate their 17th anniversary

The Sectorial Vice President of Sovereignty, Security and Peace, and Minister of Popular Power for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López celebrated the 17th Anniversary of two backbone of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB): the Deputy Ministry of Defense Education and the Deputy Ministry of Defense Services.

“Both vice-ministries converge synchronously to consolidate the institution; understanding that there is no operational readiness without lucid minds, nor tactical knowledge that thrives without adequate logistical support,” Padrino López said in a post on his Telegram channel.

In that sense, he asserted that one forges the intellect and ethics of our professionals under a humanist and geo-historical approach; and the other, guaranteed institutional vitality and logistical support.

The head of the Defense portfolio extended warm congratulations to MG Omar Enrique Pérez La Rosa (Education) and MG José Alfredo Rivera Bastardo (Services), recognizing their commitment and loyalty at the head of these portfolios.

He also extended his greetings to all the men and women — civil and military — whose daily work makes possible the invulnerability of the Fatherland.
