Diosdado Cabello: Chávez taught us not to have a straw tail

On the night of this Wednesday, July 9th, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, referred to the revolutionaries and stated that Commander Hugo Chávez “taught us not to have a straw tail”.

This was stated in his Con El Mazo Dando program, when he indicated that “the right wing never admits its mistake, it never says I was wrong. When they come up with something we corner them once and when the truth comes out they don't apologize.”

In that sense, he added that “the word of a human being, of a revolutionary must be a signed and sealed document. You cannot promise something that you are not able to fulfill (...) That is very serious, if it is offered we must already have it in our hands.”

He pointed out that “Chávez didn't have a straw tail and those who stay with him are because they don't, those who have left are because they had something (...) the story always ends up showing what a straw tail they have”.
