The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, recalled that in the Fourth Republic, governments used fear and terror as a practice.

“That's never going to come back, what they had here, that's why we have to close their way now. If that fascist opposition insists, the Anti-Fascism Law will be applied, we are going to approve it,” he said.
