Diosdado Cabello on the first anniversary of “Almost Venezuela”: It was and is a scam!

The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, recalled the statement made a year ago by longliner Emmanuel Rincón, that Chavism considered the so-called “Almost Venezuela Movement” as a scam.
